Police are investigating a suspicious car fire in the early hours of this morning in Swanley.

A BMW parked on a driveway in Pink Hills was set alight and flames started to spread to the front of a nearby house.

Another BMW at a nearby address was broken into and its radio system was stolen.

Fire crews were called at about 3.25am and used a jet reel to extinguish the blaze which was under control in about an hour.

Police would like to hear from anyone who witnessed anything suspicious or has information about who may have been responsible for these crimes.
