Milfield (yellow) hit eight in their game against Blean on Sunday

Only four games took place in the Herne Bay & Whitstable Sunday League at the weekend as weather decimated the fixture list.

The Premier Division was a complete wash-out and only one game survived in Division 1. but neither Wingham or Radfall could muster a goal, and the match ended 0-0. Not one for the spectators.

Division 2 was also a non-starter but there were plenty of players in Division 3 willing to brave the elements.

Milfield took on Blean Sunday at home this weekend and they produced a goal feast.

Blean managed to score four goals but still got nothing from the match as they let in eight. Not the best defensive performance from either side.

Milfield can thank Daniel Hine (5) and Wayne Hudson (3) for their goals.
